The removable cover houses a blend of flax seeds and lavender flower buds, releasing a gentle, long-lasting aroma.

Perfect for yoga, meditation, savasana, and deep relaxation.
Use at room temperature for gentle comfort, or refrigerate for 20 minutes to soothe tired eyes and ease headaches. For warmth therapy, microwave for 20–30 seconds (monitor closely to avoid overheating).
Hand-washed cover only with mild, eco-friendly soap; air-dry in shade. The inner pouch is not washable.
